The Challenge
Going through a rough patch with their at the time, current IT support company, Cowbridge Business Park reached out to CCO after being recommended by a client of ours.
The rough patch and a rather neglectful previous provider had left their on-site systems, website and network in a sorry state with some systems no longer being accessible. Initially we had been contacted to triage the current state of the systems bringing them back to a usable state. Since then, CCO and Cowbrigde Business Park have worked together to design and host their website, with another on the way for their sister site in Skegness and a multi-depot invoicing solution on its way in 2023.
The Journey
Like with many of our partners, the journey with Cowbridge Business Park continues to grow. Our involvement in their digital journey and providing both on-site and off-site support has grown from strength to strength in the last year. As a business park, we have a lot of exposure to their clients also, helping them with any issues with the premises being renting along with providing additional support where needed.
Our main focus going forward will be to continue providing support to both Cowbridge Business Park and their customers along with improving effeciency across their existing solutions.

Cloud Connect Online have helped with our onsite IT issues, purchasing and installation of new IT equipment and have also done some aerial photography for both of our sites. We have found them to be conscientious, knowledgeable, and helpful. Whenever we have had any IT problems they have been sorted quickly and efficiently.
