The Challenge
Newly reopened in the heart of Peterborough, Becket’s Traditional Tearooms was situated in the picturesque cathedral grounds. While the setting was beautiful, the tech was stuck in the past.
Becket’s had reached out to CCO to help bring the tearooms into the 21st century, both online and offline. The tearooms themself needed updated networking, reconfiguration of the EPOS, Microsoft 365 licensing and management and a new website to showcase the tearooms and their delicious offerings.
The Journey
Like many of our customers, our relationship with Becket’s have gone from strength to strength. While our partnership has just begun, our 2024 plans see us working closely on CRM development and integration for bookings and marketing, content creation and the rolling out of their digital strategy along with many more cups of tea and delicious homemade scones!
